About
Chappell Hills Property Owners Association
The Chappell Hills Property Owners Association (CHPOA) was established to preserve the character, beauty, and value of our community in Chappell Hill, Texas. Since its incorporation in 1984, the Association has worked to ensure that our neighborhood remains a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable place to live.
Our purpose is to uphold the community’s governing documents, maintain shared standards, and encourage neighborly cooperation. Through the enforcement of deed restrictions, maintenance of common interests, and active communication with property owners, CHPOA helps protect the long-term value of our properties while fostering a spirit of community.
The Association is led by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by property owners. Meetings are conducted in accordance with Texas Property Code requirements and our Association’s bylaws. Property owners are encouraged to stay informed, participate in community events, and share feedback with the Board.
Our GoalsPreserve the natural beauty and rural charm of Chappell Hills.
Protect property values through fair and consistent application of deed restrictions.
Encourage a sense of community among property owners.
Provide transparency and accountability in the Association’s actions.
The Chappell Hills Property Owners Association is not just an organization—it is a partnership between neighbors committed to maintaining the quality and enjoyment of life in our community.
